The Trust was established to acquire the large format retail property known as the Shepparton Home Centre in Shepparton Victoria.With a land area of 3.0 hectares, net lettable area of 13,661 sqm and key tenants such as Fantastic Furniture, Plush & OMF; this strategic home centre was purchased with large potential for rental and capital growth.
The Property was sold in 2025 for $27.6 million, representing at 38% uplift in capital value.
Throughout the term of the investment, the Trust paid a 7% per annum cash distribution yield to investors, with a realised IRR (Total Return) of 10.6% p.a. to investors after all fees.
