Since commencing operations in 2012, Acure Asset Management has established 20 property investment funds across retail, office, industrial, accomodation and hospitality real estate. Of these, 6 funds have been wound-up, with capital and profits returned to Investors.
Each of our funds aims to provide investors with a monthly or quarterly distribution of income, together with the potential for capital growth.
