Established to acquire a 45% interest in the BP Karratha Roadhouse located in Karratha in the Northwest of Western Australia.

The Roadhouse is based on the US and European travel centres with fuel, driver lounges, restaurants, showers and laundry facilities to the long haul transport industry.
