The Outback Unit Trust owns 55% in two BP roadhouses in the Northwest of Western Australia at Carnarvon and Newman respectively. The properties consist of:

Newman: BP Roadhouse and BP fuel, Capricorn Bar and Grill, Accommodation and additional land.

Carnarvon: BP Roadhouse and BP fuel.
