Acure Asset Management is an Australian based Real Estate Funds Management Group focused on identifying and originating quality property assets to achieve maximum returns for our investors.
Since 2012, Acure has established 17 commercial property syndicates, with a combined value of circa $570m, past and present. Acure has managed across commercial, industrial, retail, residential, tourist and the mining hospitality sectors.
The management team has an in-depth knowledge of the property market and a successful track record in identifying quality assets with stable income and value-add opportunities via its strong relationships within the property industry.

VALUE-ADDING & ACTIVE MANAGEMENT
We aim to increase a property’s value through active management, renegotiating leases, upgrading services, refurbishment, repositioning and/or rezoning.
ACQUISITION & VALUE TARGETING
We seek to uncover assets that provide competitive risk-adjusted investment returns.
This may include undervalued assets that
- are below their replacement cost;
- can be enhanced through repositioning and/or new leases; or
- have potential for improvement either through refurbishment or redevelopment that provide promising income outlook.
